Not much has happened around here other than our large snowfall so this is my first report as House and Grounds Chairman. Mostly I have been involved with changing light bulbs, fixing toilets and rearranging taps behind the bar as I am still feeling out the job. I’m sure it is going to get busier around here with spring approaching.
I hope to wash and paint the exterior of the building. I was told that the surest way to ensure a move is to paint . . . or was that not to paint. Whatever, we will be painting your basic white and blue colours and we need volunteers. I will post a notice in the Club and If you can help we need you, so please sign up. All supplies will be provided and I hope the job will not take more than one or two days.
Please check to see if there is anything you see that might need taking care of. If so, contact me and I will get to it as soon as possible. Opening Day is approaching fast and we will need people to help put CFSA’s best face forward.
